The Ron Paul Cutout
What better way to immediately identify local Ron Paul supporters than to have the next best thing to Ron Paul? A Ron Paul Cutout!
It is a perfect gimmick for your local farmers’ market, sporting event, or festival. Keeping the atmosphere lighthearted, volunteers ask passersby if they would like their photo taken with Ron Paul? Check out the photos from the fan page the Youth for Ron Paul at IU group created: Ron Paul is my Homeboy.
Ideally, you would immediately upload the photos with a laptop or smartphone and ask the photographed person to tag themselves in their photo. If they are supporters, ask them join your local facebook group, right there.
Jordan Inman and Aaron Jones created this cutout by using the local plotter at Indiana University. (The cost for students is only $10 per 9 ft print.) They attached the large printout to multiple self-adhesive foam boards. A little creativity never hurt anyone!
