Live video feed of President Obama’s 2013 “State of the Union” address. Sen. Marco Rubio will give the establishment Republican and Sen. Rand Paul will give the Tea Party rebuttal 5 minutes after Rubio’s speech ends. Check in at 10:30pm to hear the rebuttals.

Moments ago, Sen. Paul posted an excerpt of his speech on Facebook:

“Both parties have been guilty of spending too much, of protecting their sacred cows, of backroom deals in which everyone up here wins, but every taxpayer loses. It is time for a new bipartisan consensus. It is time Democrats admit that not every dollar spent on domestic programs is sacred. And it is time Republicans realize that military spending is not immune to waste and fraud.”

The tea party, at its highest levels, is not ready to bestow its unquestioning love on one of the two Republican responders to President Obama’s State of the Union address Tuesday — Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul or Florida Sen. Marco Rubio…
