The left’s stupidity over the Zimmerman verdict encapsulated

First off, this is a bit unfair because I’m about to quote Jesse Jackson, but peering into insanity can sometimes teach us…things…

UPDATE:

And it’s time to call on the United Nations Human Rights Commission for an in-depth investigation of whether the U.S. is upholding its obligations under international human-rights laws and treaties,”

When asked about the Zimmerman verdict, Rev. Jackson stated that it was a “tremendous miscarriage of justice,” adding that Zimmerman was “at least guilty of murder.” (At least?) And then he laid the golden egg; Asked about the makeup of the jury on MSNBC he stated:

There was no man on the jury — Trayvon was a black boy — there was no man, no black on the jury. So at least the idea of jury of your peers was a stretch all the while.

America, Trayvon Martin wasn’t on trial. Our constitution grants the accused in a trial a “jury of one’s peers,” not the victim.

It’s laughable, but it’s also illuminating. Many on the left (not all) would be happy to have justice be damned in the name of other causes; gun control, racism, equality and class.

Nowhere on the internet does stupid get more magnified than on the site DailyKos.com:

I actually threw together a Bad Lip Reading style video of Rev. Jackson only I didn’t have to change…anything:
