Sorry VOX Trump was against The Iraq from 04-16

Liberals are in a tizzy over Donald Trump blasting Mrs. Clinton for supporting the Iraq War and other interventions, like Libya. Unfortunately for them, Mr. Trump name dropped the article to back up his claim.

To set this up, check out this incredulous comment over at the far left Daily Kos,

“I was against the war in Iraq; you can look at Esquire magazine from 2004”. WTF? He was against it in 2004?

Watch out for Google, you might find this,

(Esquire 2004) My life is seeing everything in terms of “How would I handle that?” Look at the war in Iraq and the mess that we’re in. I would never have handled it that way. Does anybody really believe that Iraq is going to be a wonderful democracy where people are going to run down to the voting box and gently put in their ballot and the winner is happily going to step up to lead the county? C’mon. Two minutes after we leave, there’s going to be a revolution, and the meanest, toughest, smartest, most vicious guy will take over. And he’ll have weapons of mass destruction, which Saddam didn’t have.

Scroll down for what Mrs. Clinton was saying back in 2004…

Not sure it will do any good, but keep sending the folks at VOX that Esquire link:

Here’s what Mrs. Clinton was saying back in 2004 from CNN. Asked if she regretted her vote for the Iraq War,

“Obviously, I’ve thought about that a lot in the months since,” she said. “No, I don’t regret giving the president authority because at the time it was in the context of weapons of mass destruction, grave threats to the United States, and clearly, Saddam Hussein had been a real problem for the international community for more than a decade.”

If Hillary tries to debate the finer points of this in-person, on the debate stage, it will not end well for her…
