(CNN) – Is Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky laying the groundwork for a 2016 presidential bid?
That was the question Wednesday from CNN’s Erin Burnett, who cited Paul’s new super PAC “Rand PAC.” It began running television ads this week calling for the elimination of foreign aid.
“At least you don’t have to change the name of the PAC or anything if you switch what you’re running for,” Burnett said as she closed the interview.
“You may be right there,” the Kentucky lawmaker said

Big business it is sad to say have a big say in what countries around the world get targeted for plundering.
