BREAKING: Rand Paul in Battle for First in Iowa
Some good news for the liberty movement coming out of Iowa. Senator Rand Paul holds onto 15% of the vote in a new statewide poll released by PPP. He trails the leaders of the poll, Huckabee and Rubio by only 1 point, and a 5.4% margin of error makes this essentially a tie.
He follows in his father’s footsteps among the youth and leads in the 18-45 year old category with 22%. Holding the rear in this poll is Governor Rick “Oops” Perry with 3%. Also released by Public Policy Polling is a new national poll. In this poll Sen. Paul brings in 10% of the vote, doubling last months performance of 5%. (Details below.)

Would love see the negatives as well. I think a lot of people are negative on Huckabee and Christie and those two would see a fairly hard ceiling on their potential vote. On the other hand, Paul probably has a lot less negatives, when compared those two and potentially others.
