President Obama doesn’t think Snowden is a patriot, what do you say?

Yesterday, President Obama called the men and women of the U.S. intelligence community ‘patriots.’ After his comments he was asked by NBC’s Chuck Todd whether he considered NSA leaker Edward Snowden a patriot.

“No, I don’t think Mr. Snowden was a patriot.” Tell us what you think in the poll down below…

An economics reporter for the New York Times summed up his thoughts on the press conference like this:

A recent poll conducted by Quinnipiac University finds that Fifty-five percent of registered American voters consider Edward Snowden a whistleblower (and one would assume a patriot) and only 34 percent call him a traitor. Leaks from Edward Snowden have revealed that the NSA is collecting ‘nearly everything a user does on the internet.’ These revelations have led to new reports from other journalists that the NSA is giving American’s phone records to the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and they are covering it up.

What do you say?
