Pres Obama admits Snowden revelations causing review

In a rare interview in the midst of multiple scandals, President Obama admitted that Edward Snowden’s leaks have caused him to review NSA policy. So, is he still a traitor? The interview was for the launch of ABC News/Univision joint venture, Fusion.
