Hillary unveils new video of 19th century Benghazi diplomacy, Committee mesmerized

The Benghazi Committee was mesmerized by a new video unveiled by Hillary Clinton at the beginning of her testimony today. Former Sec. Clinton treated the members to a slice-of-life style documentary of the mission to Benghazi that she called, in her own words, “19th century” style diplomacy.

I think it’s fair to say congresswoman, this was, we all knew, a risky undertaking, more reminiscent of the way diplomacy was practiced in the 19th century.”

The video caused some confusion until Hillary clarified for the record that she meant to say, “18th century diplomacy.”

When bombing and overthrowing an entire country’s government, things are bound to get a little hairy. Be it covertly or overtly. In the end, what difference does it make?
