Weepy WaPo reporter Jonathan Capehart tweets ignorance for all to see
Jonathan Capehart, an opinion writer for The Washington Post, perfectly encapsulated the reckless ignorance infecting establishment journalists and political hacks in their blind rage against all things Trump. He did so in response to the breaking news that the intelligence community had indeed collected the conversations of Trump’s transition team after the election.
If you're picked up in "incidental" surveillence by intel agencies, you're hanging out with/talking to some super sketchy folks.

And then I remembered. This poor guy is the reporter who cried on camera after the election of President Trump.
Trump’s America “frightens me.” @CapehartJ is visibly moved in discussion with @jonsnowc4 and supporter @LenaEpstein. pic.twitter.com/6EMd224u0T

Of course, his ignorant tweet received lots of retweets with a few choice exceptions:
This is 100% false and an ignorant misunderstanding of the agent of foreign power standard. https://t.co/RhrsMyyhSl

@CapehartJ Similar principle when "innocent" black men are picked up 4being in the wrong place at the wrong time. #nohate just sayin'

@That1EBD @CapehartJ Since surveil is sweeping, you can be picked up whoever you speak with. Guilt by association is not how US law works
