Morning Joe Laughs off Rand Paul

I appreciate the fact that Sen. Rand Paul attempted to bring the discussion surrounding Susan Rice back home to a discussion of the 4th amendment and civil liberties while appearing this morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe. They were having none of it. It’s almost like they don’t remember their own shock after the Edward Snowden revelations a few years ago.
