Xenophobic Democrats Double Down on RUSSIA
Just how much more kooky can Democrats go (and the establishment neocons they follow) with their Russia xenophobia? Well, it’s something like that rule about computers expanding their memory every year. At this point, you can’t even anticipate…you can’t even make this stuff up. By the way, most of the sources you’ll see are posted by progressives opposed to the prevailing Russia narrative. Here’s what we saw today:
Cartoonishly xenophobic. If a former senior Clinton advisor is willing to say this *in public* imagine the more subtle, private manifestations of xenophobia that go unreported pic.twitter.com/gXKkCWqKTU

Don’t even try to satirize the Democrats’ obsession with blaming everything they don’t like inside the US on Putin. They always stay at least 3 or 4 steps ahead of the most extreme satire you can conjure: pic.twitter.com/67Qd34SZAM

More and more people are surely becoming even more aware that our ‘serious’ ‘news’ papers are largely platforms for amplifying the views of the elite/state. pic.twitter.com/dS9KI4pwSq

And don’t forget this classic from James Clapper, the man who lied to Congress to hide the NSA’s spying on Americans.
If you put that in context with everything else we knew the Russians were doing to interfere with the election,” he said. “And just the historical practices of the Russians, who typically, are almost genetically driven to co-opt, penetrate, gain favor, whatever, which is a typical Russian technique. So, we were concerned.”
Palmieri has now deleted the tweet with no explanation or apology, so it here it is below. She seemed to do so in response to this tweet from James Zogby https://t.co/Kv0ZUaxsGU pic.twitter.com/0Z9alBQQ2v

"That 'whataboutism' is what's coming to dominate the political discussion … we're still trying to figure out what happened in 2016 but this is an information war that's happening now and we are nowhere in the game" – @jimrutenberg w/ @NicolleDWallace pic.twitter.com/6tjnj7RPFn

This is unreal. So now U.S. interventions are to help gay people around the world. See that, #Libya??? Wow the stupid here is thick.

Chuck Todd didn’t bother to cite a source for these claims today on Meet the Press about “Russian bot” activity — but odds are his source is once again the Bill Kristol / Mike Morell “Hamilton 68” group. Shows how deeply ingrained this conventional wisdom has become pic.twitter.com/hdAIr2O7QF

POLITICO predictably leaks to the defense of the Bill-Kristol/CIA/Dem-hawk “Hamilton 68” group based on DC’s favorite myth: that bipartisanship is so very rare. In fact, bipartisanship is common in DC & the worst things Washington produces usually have the support of both parties https://t.co/8oIiWDfwyz

I’m told this is a must-read…
Because the corporate Dems are INCAPABLE of looking at their own corruption and election fraud, they have pushed forth an utterly ridiculous #Russiagate narrative that is bringing us back to a mix of McCarthyism & the WMD lie in one. https://t.co/7rN7lYgnzu
