MU just sent email instructing students witnessing ‘hateful’ speech to CALL THE POLICE!
The MU Police Department is about to get really busy. The University of Missouri just sent an email out to all students instructing them to “Call the police immediately,” if they witness “hateful” speech.
It’s still unclear how the department will prioritize such crimes as rape, murder, child abuse and parking violations given the new work load. I’m guessing they are hiring? (I checked, they ARE currently hiring “Campus Safety Officers.”)
This is the email.
