Bet you didn’t think Pelosi could top her “pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it” line
I honestly didn’t think that Rep. Nancy Pelosi would be able to top the crazy arrogance of her comment right before the passage of Obamacare. “But we have to pass the [health care] bill so that you can find out what’s in it….”
Well, I think she did it.
When asked about criticism from union leaders that Obamacare will undermine the 40-hour work week she stated:
Overwhelmingly for the American people, this is a liberation, this is life, healthy life, liberty, the freedom to pursue your happiness…It’s about wellness, it’s about prevention, it’s about a healthier America.
Digging into our historical records, it turns out Rep. Pelosi has been sharing her brilliant economic liberation for artists theory for several years now. Watch her elaborate on this theme from back in 2010:
Now that my hours have been cut from 40 to 28, I’ll have plenty of time to pursue 3D chalk art or learn Sanskrit. #ThanksObama!
