Update on the Romney 2012 GOP Power Grab

Julie McCarty, member of the Texas delegation, originally a Santorum supporter, discusses the dispute over new rules changes that were pushed by the Romney camp at the 2012 GOP convention. In a nutshell, these rule changes will severely limit the power of the grassroots within the party. These rules, had they been in place in the past, would probably have prevented candidates like Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater from getting any traction. Almost universally, conservative leaders are denouncing this grassroots purge by the Romney camp, including Rush Limbaugh (see the shocking quote below the video).
