VIDEO: Constitutional Sheriff stands tall at the Bundy Ranch
The Sheriff’s in town. Brad Rogers, Sheriff of Elkhart County, Indiana traveled to Bunkerville, Nevada to stand with others at the Bundy ranch. He is just one of the thousands of oath keepers and elected officials from around the country who have shown their support for rancher Cliven Bundy and family. According to Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers, Sheriff Rogers was the first Sheriff to spend nights on the property and he won’t be the last. Sheriff Denny Peyman of Kentucky and Sheriff Jeff Christopher of Delaware are heading out to Nevada as well.
Sheriff Rogers posted a statement on his trip on his facebook page:
Just returned from a long weekend trip to Bunkerville, Nevada where the Bundy Ranch conflict with the BLM/Oathkeepers continues. I went there on vacation, not using any taxpayer money for the trip, to seek out information and encourage the Sheriff to get involved to keep this situation from escalating out of control. There is a lot of misinformation, but I saw details first hand and will be sharing additional information today as I have time to write it.
