This was my second CPAC. What is CPAC? CPAC stands for Conservative Political Action Conference and was founded in 1973 by the American Conservative Union and Young Americans for Freedom as a small gathering of dedicated conservative activists. This year, there was a markedly different vibe in the air even from some of the older guard like Phyllis Schlafly, founder of Eagle Forum.
