FLASHBACK: O’Reilly says “Obama could be impeached” if NSA reading emails

On Tuesday June 18th, Fox News’s Bill O’Reilly declared that “if evidence is produced that any U.S. intelligence agency is reading emails without a specific warrant, Mr. Obama could very well be impeached.” Now the question is, “Will O’Reilly stand by this statement?”

Actually–forget about O’Reilly– the question is, “Will the American people demand that our leaders be held accountable to the U.S. Constitution?”

OBAMA: “What I can say unequivocally is that if you are a U.S. person, the NSA cannot listen to your telephone calls and the NSA cannot target your emails.”

ROSE: “And have not?”

OBAMA “And have not. They cannot and have not by law and by rule.”

The latest revelations from Glenn Greenwald c/o Snowden are that the NSA is, indeed, tracking U.S. emails.
It just so happens that Bill O’Reilly is off tonight. Laura Ingraham is the guest host.
