Yesterday, U.S. Ambassador (to the U.N.) Nikki Haley stated, “Any further attacks done to the people of Syria will be blamed on Assad, but also on Russia & Iran who support him killing his own people.”

Did I go too far with my headline? How is this not a rash invitation for ISIS to stage a false flag attack in Syria. Of course, ISIS would never do anything so terrible. What was I thinking?
