CPAC 2012 Results and the Elephant in the Room

The results are in. Mitt Romney wins the CPAC 2012 Straw Poll. They also decided to remove the word “Conservative” from the name of the conference–at least I hope these rumors are true!
Romney: 38%
Santorum: 31%
Gingrich: 15%
Paul: 12%
Ron Paul did not appear at the conference–choosing to focus his campaign on the caucus in Maine. You can watch for those results here.
Despite the outcome of the poll, Ron Paul was certainly the much-talked-about elephant in the room.
