Pakistani official places bounty on US film-maker

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — An official cabinet minister of the Pakistani government, Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, offered a $100,000 bounty on Saturday for the death of the person behind the “anti-Islam” video made in the United States.

Bilour also invited members of the Taliban and al-Qaeda to take part in what he called a “noble deed”.

I announce today that this blasphemer who has abused the holy prophet, if somebody will kill him, I will give that person a prize of $100,000.

On Friday, the U.S. Senate voted (81-10) to continue financial aid to Pakistan without restrictions.

At least 20 reported killed as demonstrators clash with police, while nation holds “Love the Prophet Day” marches, yesterday.
