A Victory for the Constitution: Obama Relents on Syria, for now

President Obama says he has asked Congress to debate and vote on his decision to use military force against Syria for its use of chemical weapons against civilians. Both CNN and FOX (watch toward the end of the video) mentioned the loud anti-war protests outside of the White House today. Scroll down to see the resolution calling for military action in Syria.
