Democrats and Socialists, DNC head can’t tell them apart (Again!)
Chris Matthews may be a leftist, but he wasn’t suffering any fools last week. Chris asked Debbie Wasserman Schultz, head of the Democratic Party, “What is the difference between a Democrat and a socialist? …A Democrat like Hillary Clinton and a (self-described) socialist like Bernie Sanders?” (And scroll down because all of this happened again!)
Gotta love that look of shock combined with suppressed laughter!
And it happened again…still no answer.
Before Republicans get all smug, let’s remember that they used to control both houses of Congress and the White House. What did they do? The debt ceiling got raised multiple times, they doubled the size of the Dept. of Education and they voted to increase Planned Parenthood funding via Title X. Not to mention that big government program of bringing democracy to the Middle East.
